Render your Windows desktop GUI on the NPU

一项名为 "Render your Windows desktop GUI on the NPU" 的项目展示了如何利用 NPU（神经网络处理器）来渲染 Windows 桌面 GUI，从而减少 GPU 使用率，但性能有所下降。
